1. Why are you pulling or retiring Carrot Plus?
The opportunity to upgrade to Carrot Plus 2x, 5x and 10x, was a limited time opportunity and was part of our ‘Millionth Registered User’ celebration. Effective January 4th, this opportunity is no longer available. Carrot Plus subscribers will continue to enjoy their subscription until it expires at the end of their term.
2. If I bought a Carrot Plus annual subscription, will I still earn my 2X, 5X or 10X for the full year?
Yes – you will continue to enjoy Carrot Plus for your full yearly subscription, until your subscription expires.
3. Can I renew my subscription?
No. This limited time opportunity has now come to an end.
4. I am a Carrot Plus subscriber. What happens once my subscription ends (either monthly or yearly)?
Once your Carrot Plus subscription ends, you will continue to enjoy all the benefits offered in Carrot. (see above, based on which province you live in)
5. How can I check when my subscription ends?
If you are on an iOS device, check the instructions for managing your subscriptions here.
If you are on an Android device, go to the Google Play Store, check that you are logged in to the correct Google account, and tap: Menu > Subscriptions.
